The space

It is a historic home originally built in 1890 and was completely renovated in 2007. It is one of the most beautiful colonial homes in the center of Quito and is one of the few that has been restored as a single-family home. It is ideal for families coming to visit Quito as it is walking distance from all the sites in the historic part of the city. It is more beautiful than the majority of high-end hotels in the city. It is built in the colonial style around an open patio and has stunning views of the center. The bedrooms and casual living area are on the second floor and most of the social, dining and kitchen areas are on the first floor. All the furniture is of the highest standard as it was decorated by the owners for their own use.
